Is Venous Lake removal successful?
Yes! Laser therapy is successful in removing Venous Lakes. Our Laser technology is used to target the blood vessels in the lesion, causing the Venous Lake to coagulate which eventually results in them disappearing. Laser therapy is considered minimally invasive, extremely quick and our clients find it to be the most effective solution for getting rid of a Venous Lake!
How is a Venous Lake removed?
The video below demonstrates what actually happens when our laser therapist treats the Venous Lake with Long Pulsed Nd:YAG laser technology. After using the handpiece, the lesion immediately coagulates, causing the Venous Lake to turn grey which then leads to the healing process.
Client's Venous Lake removal journeys
I would recommend this treatment to anyone!
I lived with my Venous Lake for almost 20 years, and with my son’s wedding approaching, self-consciousness kicked in about the photos. Opting for laser treatment with Infinity Laser was a life-changer. The results blew me away. Regret not doing it sooner! The transformation in my confidence is incredible. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this treatment to anyone.
Looked like I had been sucking on a pen.
I suffered with a bothersome blue/black lump on my lower lip for years. It was uncomfortable, unsightly, and drew constant questions. Fed up, I opted for removal. Best decision ever! Now, I can go about my daily life without people wondering if I’ve been sucking on a pen!
Caused by exercise!
Exercise caused my Venous Lake—I felt something ‘go pop,’ and a blood spot appeared on my lip. Research led me to identify it as a Venous Lake, and that’s when I discovered Infinity Laser.
They thoroughly explained the laser therapy, post-treatment expectations, and the cost. Surprisingly affordable compared to London prices, nearly £1000!
My lip was back to normal in a few days.
I got a venous lake during lockdown from sun exposure and heat. Though not massive, it bothered me, prompting the decision to remove it.
Mary-Ann at Infinity eased my concerns, and the laser treatment was speedy, painless, with my lip back to normal in a few days.
I can’t thank Infinity enough, they changed my life!
I’m really glad that I found a solution for my lip lesion which I learned was called a Venous Lake. Despite needing a couple of laser sessions due to its size, the result is incredible – my lip looks like I never had it.
Healing took about 3 weeks, with some post-treatment swelling, but totally worth it. Infinity changed my life by eliminating the unsightly blood spot that affected my daily activities. They changed my life!
10/10 for service and the result!
I went to the doctor who told me they couldn’t do it but it was ‘just a Venous Lake, nothing to worry about’ and YAG laser would be my best option.
After searching online, I found Infinity Laser and throughout the initial contact process, consultation, appointment and procedure/aftercare, I felt really well looked after, well informed and very confident and comfortable. 10/10 for the service and result.
No more trying to disguise it with lipstick.
When your spouse notices something you’ve had for years, it’s a sign to take action!
Mary-Ann at Infinity put me at ease, addressing any fears about laser treatment. It was unbelievably quick!
No more Venous Lake, no more trying to hide it with lipstick, and definitely not the first thing I focus on and stress about when I look in the mirror!
Happy holidays!
With a holiday booked, I didn’t want that dark lump on my lip to mar the memories.
I consulted and booked in advance, and my lip fully healed, the lump gone within 2 weeks. I went on holiday without a second thought, forgetting I even had it, thanks to no scarring.
Now, I use sun protection on my lips daily, just in case!
